Instructions to make Khichdi:
- Take a cooker and heat the oil. Now add cumin seeds let it splutter..
- Add chopped potato. Saute for 3 minutes.
- Add chopped onions, green chilli,tomatoes and fry for another 2 minutes.and add spinach fry for 1 minutes.add all masalas and mix well..
- Add washed and drained rice and soaked dal. Stir it for few minutes..
- Add 4cups water. Close the lid of cooker. Cook till 3-4 whistles. Open and mix well. garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot..
