Instructions to make Sweet corn and Spinach pulao:

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Wash basmati rice 2-3 times and soak it for 30 mins in water..
  2. Heat 1 tsp ghee & 1 tsp oil in a pan. add cumin seeds and asafetida. stir well and add cashews, chopped onions. sauté for 1 min. add ginger garlic chili paste. Sauté and add chopped capsicum, corn seeds. sauté till golden brown. add salt, turmeric, spinach purée, and sauté. add tomato purée, coriander &mint leaves purée. Add 3tbsp water and cook for 3-4 minutes till water gets burned. Add salt, turmeric, red Kashmiri chili powder mix well. add garam masala and mix everything well..
  3. In a cooker add 2 glass of water, cloves, chakra phool, salt, and cardamom. Put it on gas on medium flame. Once the water starts boiling add soaked rice. cook properly. Drain extra water from cooked rice using strainer..
  4. Add cooked rice in prepared corn and spinach mix in big cooker. mix everything gently. add grated paneer, chopped coriander leaves, and cook for 2 minutes. Add butter. Our corn 🌽, Spinach pulao is ready 😊.
  5. Garnish corn and spinach pulao with corn seeds, round onion rings, some coriander leaves & paneer..
  6. Now our corn and spinach pulao is ready to serve. serve it with masala curd, kadhi, or curd raita..
