- Now make small balls of the dough and roll it in a medium size disc. Apply oil over it and sprinkle dry flour to it. Keep another disc to it.Again apply oil and sprinkle flour.Repeat it once again. Now we have 3 discs in a pile. Now roll altogether to a big disc. Heat a tawa and put this disc on it and flip it once. Dont overcook it. Cook it for few seconds. Now gently scrape out the 3 discs. 3 wrappers are ready..
- Make a paste of maida and water to seal these rolls. Take a sheet and keep 2 tbsp filling in it. Now make a roll gently. During rolling all edges should be closed. At the end put maida paste to the corner and seal it well. Heat oil in a pan and fry it. Cut it in small pieces of your choice. Crispy yummy spring rolls are ready to serve..
